What if I’m not satisfied with the resolution?

CovaU aims to provide the highest level of customer service, which includes the handling of complaints. We’ll work with you to resolve your issue quickly, fairly and collaboratively. Your privacy is important to us, and all complaints are treated confidentially.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, or how we handled your complaint, you have the right to contact the Energy and Water Ombudsman of your jurisdiction. The Energy and Water Ombudsman in each state is a free and independent service that can provide information, advice, and assistance to customers, to investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes.
