- The CovaU Priority Ticket Booking Previlege for Jay Chou Concert is exclusively available to CovaU customers. All conditions, eligibility requirements, and ticket purchase procedures are subject to the information published by CovaU.
- Eligibility:
This offer is available for Australia only.
- Priority Ticket Booking Terms:
- The priority ticket booking offer is only available to existing CovaU electricity or gas customers.
- The priority booking date for Melbourne is 26 March 2026 to 30 March, and the priority booking date for Sydney is 13 April 2026 to 19 April.
- Customers must provide a valid CovaU account number before payment. If verification shows that the purchaser is not an existing customer, CovaU will arrange a refund.
- Customers who provide incorrect information, or do not meet the customer eligibility requirements will not be able to purchase tickets. Ticket quantities are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Across both concerts, each person may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets in total, while stocks last.
- Once a ticket purchase has been successfully completed, tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
- CovaU reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase eligibility or order in cases of abnormal orders, false information, improper purchases, bulk buying, ticket hoarding, or resale behaviour.
- General Terms:
- By participating in this offer, participants agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions of the offer.
- CovaU reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the offer in the event of technical issues, system failures, logistics issues, force majeure, event changes, or any other circumstances beyond CovaU’s reasonable control.
- If any offer information is updated, the latest information published on the CovaU official website and official social media accounts will prevail.
- CovaU reserves the final right of interpretation in relation to this offer and these Terms & Conditions.

Any information submitted by participants in connection with this offer will only be used for customer eligibility verification, payment processing, ticket delivery, offer administration, and necessary customer communications, and will be handled in accordance with CovaU’s applicable Privacy Policy.

- 优先购票活动仅适用于 CovaU 电力或燃气现有客户。
- 墨尔本优先购票时间为 2026年3月26日至3月30日，悉尼优先购票时间为2026年4月13日至4月19日，客户需在付款前填写有效的 CovaU账户编号，若验证后发现非现有客户，CovaU会安排退款事宜。
- 如填写信息不正确、无法完成资格验证，或不符合客户资格要求，将无法参与购票。
- 门票数量有限，按先到先得原则发售，两场演唱会每人总共限购6张，售完即止。
- 门票一经购买成功，除适用法律另有规定外，一般不予退换、不予兑换现金。
- CovaU 有权就异常订单、虚假信息、违规购买、批量囤票或转售行为取消其购票资格或订单。
- 一般条款
- 参与本活动即表示参与者同意受本活动全部条款与细则约束。
- 如因技术原因、系统故障、物流问题、不可抗力、活动调整或其他非 CovaU 可控因素导致活动延迟或变更，CovaU 保留作出合理调整的权利。
