Entry is free and no purchase is required. Choosing whether to receive information about CovaU Energy plans or a free electricity price comparison will not affect a participant’s eligibility or chance of winning.

A total of 20 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive:

One Jay Chou Sydney concert ticket valued at AUD $188.

每名中奖者最多只能获得一张免费门票。免费门票不可兑换现金、不可退款，也不可要求更换为其他奖品或演出场次。

Each winner may receive a maximum of one free ticket. The free ticket is not redeemable for cash, refundable or exchangeable for another prize or performance.

除免费门票外，与参加演唱会有关的交通、住宿、餐饮及其他费用均由中奖者自行承担。

The prize includes the concert ticket only. Any travel, accommodation, meals or other costs associated with attending the concert are the winner’s responsibility.

额外连座门票购买机会

Option to Purchase One Additional Adjacent-Seat Ticket

每名中奖者均有机会额外购买一张与其中奖门票座位相邻的演唱会门票。额外门票不属于免费奖品，相关费用须由中奖者自行承担。

Each winner will have the option to purchase one additional concert ticket with a seat adjacent to their winning ticket. The additional ticket is not included as part of the free prize and must be paid for by the winner.

中奖者须在主办方指定的时间内确认是否购买额外门票并完成付款。逾期未确认或未付款，将被视为自动放弃购买机会。

Winners must confirm their intention to purchase the additional ticket and complete payment within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. Failure to confirm or pay within that timeframe will be treated as forfeiting the purchase option.

每名中奖者最多可额外购买一张连座门票。额外门票不可单独转售或用于其他商业用途。

Each winner may purchase a maximum of one additional adjacent-seat ticket. The additional ticket must not be separately resold or used for commercial purposes.

Twenty winners will be selected through a manual random draw from all valid and eligible entries. The entire draw process will be recorded on video to help ensure transparency and fairness.

该中奖结果与参加者的家庭用电情况、当前电力公司，或是否同意接受 CovaU Energy 联系无关。

The draw results will not be affected by a participant’s household energy situation, current electricity provider or decision to receive contact from CovaU Energy.

The draw results will be announced on or before 31 October 2026.

主办方将通过官方社交媒体平台或指定活动渠道公布中奖结果，并通过报名表中提供的电话、短信、微信或电子邮件联系方式通知中奖者。

The Promoter will announce the results through its official social media platforms or designated promotion channels and will contact the winners using the phone number, SMS, WeChat ID or email address provided in their entry form.

为保护个人隐私，公布结果时可能只显示中奖者的部分姓名、微信昵称或手机号码后几位。

To protect personal privacy, the published results may display only part of each winner’s name, WeChat nickname or the last few digits of their mobile number.

参加者有责任确保所提供的个人信息及联系方式准确有效。

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their personal and contact details are accurate and current.

主办方收到中奖者回复后，将建立一个中奖者微信群，并通过该微信群向中奖者发送门票及相关活动信息。

After the Promoter receives the winner’s response will create a winners WeChat group. Concert tickets and relevant event information will be distributed through this group.

中奖者同意为了领取门票而加入该微信群。微信群仅用于中奖通知、身份确认、门票发放及演唱会相关信息沟通。若中奖者不同意加入该微信群，请在收到抽奖结果通知时告诉主办方。

By accepting the prize, winners agree to join the WeChat group for ticket distribution. The group will be used only for winner verification, ticket delivery and communications relating to the concert.
If a winner does not wish to join the WeChat group, please inform the Promoter upon receiving notification of the lucky draw results.

中奖者不得将免费门票或额外购买的连座门票用于转售或其他商业用途。如发现门票被转售，主办方有权取消其中奖资格。

Neither the free ticket nor the additional adjacent-seat ticket may be resold or used for commercial purposes. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel a prize if a ticket is found to have been offered for resale.

Any replacement winner will also be selected through a manual random draw, which will be recorded on video.

The concert date, time, venue, seating arrangements and other event details are determined by the concert organiser or ticketing provider and may be subject to change.
CovaU Energy is not the concert organiser and is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, seating change or other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

如演唱会取消且演出主办方未提供替代场次或替代门票，主办方无需提供现金或其他替代奖品，但法律另有规定的除外。

If the concert is cancelled and no replacement performance or ticket is provided by the concert organiser, the Promoter will not be required to provide cash or a substitute prize, except where otherwise required by law.

参加者提供的个人信息将用于管理本次抽奖活动、核实参加资格、联系中奖者及发放奖品，并按照 CovaU Energy 的隐私政策进行处理。

Personal information provided by participants will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners and distribute prizes, and will be handled in accordance with CovaU Energy’s Privacy Policy.

是否同意接收 CovaU Energy 的电力计划、电价比较或优惠信息，应由参加者在报名表中单独选择。参加者可随时要求停止接收推广信息。

Consent to receive information about CovaU Energy plans, electricity price comparisons or promotional offers must be provided separately in the entry form. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

主办方有权核实参加者身份及报名信息，并取消任何提供虚假信息、干扰抽奖程序或违反本活动条款者的资格。


The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and entry details of participants and to disqualify any person who provides false information, interferes with the draw process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

如因技术故障、平台问题、不可抗力或其他主办方无法合理控制的情况导致活动无法按计划进行，主办方可在法律允许的范围内调整、暂停或取消活动，并及时通知参加者。


If the giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to a technical failure, platform issue, force majeure event or another circumstance beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway to the extent permitted by law and will notify participants accordingly.

参加本活动即表示参加者已阅读、理解并同意遵守本活动条款。
