These guys are the best, we changed over to them last year and couldn’t be happier. After being with them for 6+ months, I contacted them via chat to set up a direct debit and Mark, the super knowledgeable superstar assisted me and then also found me a further $250 per annum in savings! I requested for gas connection using the website and was able get it scheduled to be connected on a day but it wasn’t connected on that day and so I contacted support regarding this and Kim was connected to the call. Kim was really helpful and kind enough to help me sort this out and the next day I got the gas connected. Thanks Kim and CovaU team!

I had a phone call with Mark there. Quite a nice conversation and he was class act. My connection suppose to be on Friday but now planned for Monday or Tuesday . Still I am fine and hope we will have a smooth ride together . I find the company from Victoria state government where they had the minimal service cost for CBD area. I hope the customer service also can catch to the competitive prices.Looking forward

I am a new CovaU customer and have had really positive experiences so far. I had Bhrigette on the call and she have been really helpful in assisting me with resolving issues with my Client ID. She was professional, responsive and took the initiative to follow up on the matter. Kudos!
I am a newish customer of CovaU, about 5 months in total. I recently called the Customer service to get clarity on my bill and paying set up. CovaU has provided excellent customer service since I signed up in August 2023. Each time I've rung with a question or request, it has been resolved promptly and satisfactorily. My call today was answered within minutes by Mark Adlaon who assisted with updating details on my gas account and switching me to a better plan for electricity. Each time he placed me on hold, Mark advised how long the wait would take. The whole process took mere minutes and he was courteous and attentive throughout. Full marks.

My experience with this company is limited. So far I setup my account and access phone support to resolve an issue accessing the customer page on the CovaU portal. It was not a real issue, but rather my fault as I missed the account setup notification e-mail.Sales team was professional and easy to deal with. They provided accurate information both verbally and via the email. Contacting technical support was quick and easy. I am guessing that I was talking to the a call centre location in the Philippines. Waiting time was literally a few seconds, the connection line was clear and the operator was fantastic: customer oriented, knowledgeable and helpful. Five starts it is.

I called them as I received an offer of a cheaper plan and Mark picked up as soon as I pressed the number to get connected with the support team, and he took an action to switch the plan straight away. I recently changed over to Covau but had not set up the Direct Debit payment option. Unfortunately I did not receive any bills which led to a notification after several months that my supply would be terminated but when I phoned, Mark Adlaon helped me sort out this problem very professionally and quickly.

As a new member, I am impressed with the customer service I have received with COVAU to date. In recent days I spoke with Jerry who patiently assisted me with arranging my billing preference and also helped me to log in just once, even though I have more than one account with COVAU. Jerry even left me his email to contact him again in case of further queries.Today a different customer service officer, Mark, was able to answer my questions about , for instance, the guaranteed discount rate and could also explain what Step 1 , Step 2 meant in the billing as well. Mark was patient and easy to understand on the phone. Thank you to both of these employees who made it a pleasure to deal with COVAU!

I have only just switched both electricity and gas to CovaU Energy roughly 2 months ago and I am so delighted I did so. Not only the rates are much lower than my previous energy supplier which has taken a load of my shoulder, but I am very satisfied with the way the support center staff handle any issue or problems I may be facing on this occasion (Jasper), and I don't even have to wait long before my call is answered. In all honesty I feel like I am treated as a human being and not just a number, so thank you CovaU.

I rang Covau to see how i can swap over to a smart meter, Jerry went over & beyond to help first he spoke to his supervisors then got back to me & asked i wanted to ahead , i said yes so he then organise the whole thing for my smart meter to be installed,

I selected CovaU for gas and electricity in my new home. Their pricing is great, but the 'process' of connecting is tedious beyond belief. Despite the long drawn-out connection process, CovaU started charging me for electricity 16 days prior to the supply contract commencing! It took over a month to sort this absurd problem out, with both my so-called 'CovaU account manager' and his direct superior proving unable (perhaps unwilling?) to rectify this issue. Thankfully I found CovaU customer service person Ana Aguiman who solved the problem. CovaU would be wise to employ more people like her. Despite gems like Ana, the company broadly seems to have serious problems with their customer support and account management. Here's hoping they improve.

As new customers our experience is limited to the offers and the sign up process. Energy costs are getting uncomfortably high but COVAU is trying hard to give value in a competitive market. The sign up process was very professional.

I transferred my electricity account to Cova U today. I was extremely happy with the services of Christian and Mark who made the process very easy and were able to provide a fantastic deal compared to my previous provider. After comparing rates on Energy Compare swapping to CovaU was very easy and fast. The team of Victoria and Neil were great at explaining all of the important parts of the new plan, setting up my account, answering questions and making sure I was happy. Neil set up an out of schedule meter reading so I could transfer providers sooner and access the better CovaU rate. Nothing was a problem and everything was done in one call. Thanks for a great experience.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Darlyn Camantigue from CovaU customer service who assisted me with an accounts query today. Darlyn was so lovely, helpful and solved my issue immediately with such charm. Wish all companies had customer service staff like the staff at CovaU working for them. In all my years with CovaU I have never had one customer service person that was unhelpful or unpleasant and that's why I am still a CovaU customer. I highly recommend this company. They also have very competitive rates as well and also unlike some companies they don't keep you waiting on the phone for an hour before you can chat with someone. Thanks Darlyn

As a new customer I received an sms from CovaU telling me that I was not eligible for an Aust. government discount and asking me to call them.I called and spoke to Brigette who was most helpful in setting the facts straight. Thank you.CovaU: Thank you for the response below but since then I have received another 2 SMS message. This makes it 3 in total.I called CavaU back after receiving the 2nd one. I thought that I had sorted it out, again, but this obviously didn't occur when I received the 3rd SMS.Why is that ???

Bhrigette and Jason were both very helpful in helping me switch to CovaU and made the process easy. Based on my previous Gas bill with Tango Energy, my bill would have gone up by $83 for our last winter bill. By switching to CovaU will will limit the price increase to about $43. Time will tell if the switch was worth it.

My experience with CovaU Energy so far has been very positive. I did an "Energy compare" on VIC gov website and found their price was good and therefore applied on line, then the second day I call their customer service number, Maureen answered my phone and she was responsive, she helped me get electricity connected quickly and sent email to keep me posted and follow up to see if I had any other needs. Hope they can keep electricity and gas price competitive.
Spoke with Mark--very helpful, considerate and easy to talk with. It made our business a breeze. Agents like Mark have really affirmed our choice to go with CovaU. 10/10.

Some dodgy operator tried to sign me up to Covau when it wasn't my intention. So when I received an email saying that an account was opened for me, I quickly called Covau's customer service line for clarification. Maureen was extremely helpful and understanding, and immediately submitted a ticket to cancel the account. She assured me that since it was within the cool-off period, I won't be charged anything, which was reassuring. Professional and efficient customer service from Maureen.

Just joined CovaU. Had an issue changing from the temporary password, Maureen was helpful with identifying the issue (on their end). Was able to log on. Rates seem good, we will see how the rest of the journey goes from here, first experience wasn't great, so hopefully its just a one off anomaly and it was a good choice to migrate, fingers crossed.

Maureen did an outstanding in job in expediting my transfer request for my gas account, given the dependency on my previous utility provider to conduct a meter reading. She was extremely pleasant, quick in resolving my query and very very professional in her approach. Uber 5 Stars for excellent customer service. Wish all other Australian companies would train their staff in a similar manner. Will be referring other clients to Maureen as I've already referred my mum to COVAU.

The reason I'm giving 5 stars here because of the professionalism and politeness of their call centre support representative (Maureen Tingson).Maureen managed my call with respect and took ownership of my case from the beginning until the end with some resolution in place. Although I'm switching back to SUMO Energy, my gas is with CovAU because of the resolution. She is an asset in CovAU support team and deserved a 5 star review from me. Thank you!

Just joined CovaU and had a query. Maureen answered it promptly and efficiently was VERY patient with me as I tried to work my way through what was required of me. Very happy so far.Only criticism was that the call centre was very noisy and I could hear a colleague of Maureen talking.

He was extremely helpful as well as being efficient when dealing with my requirements. He made me feel secure in the fact that that the services would be restored quickly and problem free.
