CovaU Energy Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. General Information

1.2 The prize for each giveaway will be stated in the giveaway post and is at the discretion of CovaU Energy.
1.3 The number of winners for each giveaway will be specified in the giveaway post.
1.4 Eligibility:
- Participants must be residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Participants do not need to be CovaU customers but must follow our Facebook page to qualify.
2. Entry Details
2.1 Entry methods will vary depending on the giveaway and will be outlined in the respective giveaway post.
2.2 Whether participants can enter multiple times will also be specified in the giveaway post.
2.3 No prohibited actions are applicable.
3. Timing
3.1 The start and end dates/times for each giveaway will be stated in the respective post.
3.2 All timing will be based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
4. Winner Selection
4.1 Winners will be selected randomly using a random selection bot.
4.2 Winners will be contacted by our team via direct message on Facebook.
4.3 Winners will have 5 days to respond. If no response is received within this period, a new winner may be chosen.
5. Restrictions

5.2 To claim their prize, winners must provide their address, email, and phone number for prize delivery.

6.1 CovaU Energy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical errors or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 By participating, participants agree that CovaU Energy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
