CovaU Energy Easter Special Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
1.1 There are 3 competitions running, each with different eligibility.
1.2 What the winers will have:
- The Prize for game 1 winners is 2 tickets to the Sydney Royal easter show.
- There are 3 winners overall with 2 winners of 2 tickets for General Admission and 1 winner of 2 tickets for Premium Reserved Seating tickets.
- The Prize for game 2 winners is 2 tickets to the Sydney Royal easter show.
- There are 8 winners for general admission tickets.
- The Prize for game 3 winners is 2 tickets to the Sydney Royal easter show.
- There are 8 winners overall with 6 winners of 2 tickets for general admission and 2 winners of 2 tickets for Premium Reserved Seating tickets.
1.3 Eligibility:
- Game 1
- Participants must be residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must be current customers of CovaU
- Game 2
- Participants must be residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must have liked the relevant post and be following CovaU’s Facebook page or the Red book or Wechat Channel
- Game 3
- Participants must be residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must have signed up to CovaU energy in the period of 10/03/2025 – 03/04/2025
1.4 These tickets are for the 12th and 13th of March 2025. These tickets will be given on a first come first serve basis for date selection.
2. Entry Details
2.1 Entry methods will vary on the Game they are entering.
- Game 1
- Customers must complete and submit the form they received via email from CovaU
- Game 2
- Entrants must follow the CovaU Facebook page (The Red Book or Wechat Channel) and like the respective post
- Game 3
- Entrants must sign up to CovaU and fill in the respective form after signing up to be entered into the draw.
2.2 Participants can join all games if they meet the entry requirements.
2.3 No prohibited actions are applicable.
3. Timing
3.1 The draw will open on the 10th of March 2025 and close on the 3rd of April 2025 at 12pm AEST.
3.2 All timing will be based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
4. Winner Selection
4.1 Winners will be selected randomly using a random selection bot.
4.2 Winners will be contacted by our team via direct message on Facebook or email or by phone.
4.3 Winners will have 5 days to respond. If no response is received within this period, a new winner may be chosen.
5. Restrictions
5.1 There are no restrictions on participation unless otherwise stated in a specific giveaway post.
5.2 To claim their prize, winners must provide their address, email, and phone number for prize delivery.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 CovaU Energy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical errors or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 By participating, participants agree that CovaU Energy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
7. Data Privacy
7.1 Personal information collected as part of the giveaway will be used solely for contacting winners and delivering prizes.
7.2 No personal information will be shared with third parties.

8. Additional Terms
8.1 CovaU Energy reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
